Instructions

  • Chop lard finely with the knife, add chopped cod filets and green onion.
  • Mix in 1 egg, season with salt and pepper.
  • Form small balls with wet hands and fry them 4 minutes in each side on medium heat.
  • Serve with sauerkraut drizzled with some extra virgin olive oil.
  • Garnish with tomatoes and dill.
