Instructions

  • Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add sweetener and cinnamon to taste.
  • Pour the batter into a well-greased baking pan (4x4 inches).
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 360 F, or until the center is set.
  • Serve with some extra cinnamon
