Instructions

  • Parmesan crust: Mix together parmesan, fried garlic, paprika and lemon pepper.
  • Coat salmon with 1 tsp mustard and parmesan mixture. Air fry for 15-17 minutes at 375 degrees. You can also put in the oven if you do not have an air fryer.
  • Meanwhile, soft boil an egg by boiling it in water for 6.5 minutes, then cut in half and sprinkle on chili lime seasoning.
  • In a large bowl, add your salad, green beans (stir fry green beans in olive oil with1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • Put salmon and egg over the veggies and top with cherry tomatoes and avocado.
