Instructions

  • Boil eggs for 6-8 minutes. Peel them
  • Mix together brewed black tea with all spices and aromatics.
  • Submerge eggs in a marinade. Use a glass container with a lid.
  • Refrigerate for 20-24 hours. Enjoy as usual, or use them to garnish Asian soup or salad.
