Instructions

  • Beat the meat until it is 1/4 inch thick using kitchen mallet.
  • Mix together almond flour, turmeric, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk an egg.
  • Dip you pork chop into the egg, toss into almond "bread crumbs".
  • Fry in a heated ghee on medium heat on both sides until crispy and golden.
  • Serve with some line and salad leaves.
