Instructions

  • Warm a pot of water
  • Create a double boiler by, combining the dark chocolate and vanilla extract and melt until completely smooth
  • Do not vigorously stir or heat too quickly, this requires patience
  • Remove the bowl of melted chocolate from heat, and allow to cool slightly.
  • Mash the avocado and gently mix with the melted dark chocolate mixture until smooth
  • Put the mixture in the fridge, until slightly firm
  • Roll the mix into small balls, and place on a tray lined with parchment paper
  • Move to fridge to cool and firm up
  • Put the cocoa meal in a mixing bowl, and gently, 1 at a time roll balls to create your own truffle
  • Season and serve
