Instructions

  • Cut cucumber and avocado in a small cubes.
  • Mix in mussels, drizzle with some olive oil, and add lime juice and spices of choice.
  • Fresh oregano is a good option. Serve immediately.
  • Salads with avocado should not be stored long time or made ahead due to its oxidation
