Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes stirring halfway through, until melted. Mix the dry ingredients and the egg. Separate the dough into three portions. Shape each portion in a long cylinder and press the ends together with your fingers to form bagels. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
