Instructions

  • Melt butter and almond puree in a pot and mix it.
  • Cool it down.
  • Add the egg, flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla and make a dough.
  • Butter a form and roll out the dough.
  • Mix whipped cream, add mascarpone, sugar and lemon to it.
  • Bake the dough for 20 minutes at 165 grad Celsius.
  • Top the dough with the cream, put some berries on it.
  • Bake the cake for 45 minutes again.
  • Take it out, cool it down, bring it to the fridge for 2-3 hours.
