Braciole with egg
6 egg, Eggs
2 tbsp, avocado oil
6 oz., Ground beef
1 medium Tamato
3 tbsp(s), Green Spices of choice
Whisk well eggs in a jar, season with some salt, set aside.
Add spices to the beef, mix well. Split into 4 portions.
Using rolling pin roll each portion of meet as thin as possible between two layers of plastic wrap.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ of eggs into a pan, let cook for ~1 minute.
Place meat disk over the egg, cover with the lid and cook until almost done.
Gently flip over. Cook for ~1 minute.
Flip over onto a plate, add sliced tomatoes, chopped green onion or any other filling of choice.
Roll in a small wrap.
Can be stored in a fridge up to a week, re-heat in a microwave.
