Instructions

  • Microwave cauliflower on high for 2 minutes.
  • Let it cool, squeeze out all juice, and add an egg, 2 types of flour and onion powder.
  • Place the batter into a bagel mold and bake at 360F for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool a bit, remove from mold, and slice into 2 parts.
  • Add toppings to your liking (ham/ Mayonnaise, cheese)
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
