Start with a low carb tortilla. Just crisp up on both sides for a few seconds.
Fried up a large egg sunny side up, but you can do it however way you want. You can just cook this egg with a little butter or olive oil on a pan. Season with salt.
Layered some cheddar cheese on top of the toasted tortilla. I used ¼ cup mild cheddar.
Sliced some avocado and seasoned with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Added some pickled red onion and some microgreens.
