Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat, add one tbsp of olive oil
  • Season the steak and sear it from both sides until golden crispy
  • Transfer steak to a plate and let it rest in a warm place
  • Slice tomatoes and tear mozzarella with hands and arrange on a plate
  • Add arugula and basil, slice steak and spread it on the plate
  • Dress with vinegar and remaining Extra V olive oil, season with salt and pepper
