Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the instant pot. Cook on high pressure for ~40 minutes.
  • Drain pork ears, place them in a glass bowl/contained.
  • Put a small plate on top to ensure they are tightly packed together.
  • In case needed use a glass with water as extra weight on top.
  • Refrigerate overnight, take out of a container, cut in slices as cake.
  • It can be stored up to a week.
