Ingredients:
1 Cucumber (peeled)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
4 Green Onions
1/2 Cups of Red Onion
1 1/4 Cups of Fresh Lime Juice
1 teaspoon of Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
Serrano Pepper
10 ounce of Grape Tomatoes (halved)
4 ounce of Tilapia
8 oz of Raw Shrimp (detailed & deveined)
2 tablespoon of Cilantro
Needed:
Instructions
Chop all the ingredients, except for the salt, pepper, and lime juice. Try to keep all the ingredients the same size.
Combine all of the ingredients, including the lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Cover, and store in the refrigerator for 24 hours. The lime juice and salt will make the raw fish safe for consumption.
