Ingredients:
2 ounces charcuterie meat of choice. We used smoked ham and bresaola
1 Persian cucumber
2 ounces cheese of choice. We used blue cheese
6 green olives
Crispy Fava beans (optional)
Hot peppers (optional)

Instructions
We will start with the charcuterie meats of choice. We used half bresaola and half-smoked ham.
Cut a Persian cucumber into wedges or slices.
Cut 2 ounces of cheese. I used two different kinds of blue cheese
Add some marinated hot peppers
Add some crispy fava bean or nuts of choice.
Add your favorite olives.
