Instructions

  • We will start with the charcuterie meats of choice. We used half bresaola and half-smoked ham.
  • Cut a Persian cucumber into wedges or slices.
  • Cut 2 ounces of cheese. I used two different kinds of blue cheese
  • Add some marinated hot peppers
  • Add some crispy fava bean or nuts of choice.
  • Add your favorite olives.
