Cheese and flaxseed crackers

Ingredients:
3 oz. (90g) Golden flaxseed meal
1 oz. (30g) Cheddar, grated
1 Egg, free-range, beaten
Water to form the dough
Needed:
Oven
Baking tray
Mixing bowl
Non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
Mix flaxseed meal and grated cheddar, add egg, and lastly a little bit of water until a dough is formed
Roll the dough onto non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper, until thin
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cracker base starts to firm
Remove from oven and portion into crackers
Return to oven to crisp up for 5-10 minutes
