Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Mix flaxseed meal and grated cheddar, add egg, and lastly a little bit of water until a dough is formed
  • Roll the dough onto non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper, until thin
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cracker base starts to firm
  • Remove from oven and portion into crackers
  • Return to oven to crisp up for 5-10 minutes
  • Season and serve
