“Cheetos” Crusted Air Fried Cod

Instructions

  • Dab wild cod fillet down with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Crush up a bag of low carb cheese puffs and set aside in a bowl (season and spice to taste).
  • In a separate bowl, make an egg wash with eggs.
  • Use a brush to apply the egg wash to the cod, then coat it liberally with the crushed cheese puffs.
  • Spray the coated fish with olive oil and air fry or put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish.
