Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet to a medium high.
  • Slice Chicken into equal stripes, season with salt and sear both sides with 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil at medium heat until golden brown.
  • Half tomatoes, slice Mozzarella and spread them over a plate along with arugula and olives, season with salt and pepper.
  • Add seared chicken, dress with remaining EV Olive Oil and Balsamic Vin, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
