Instructions

  • Cut the hearts in half longitudinally.
  • Heat the oil, fry the hearts until they change color.
  • Add spices and mix well.
  • Meanwhile, dice the carrot, cucumber and cabbage.
  • Add the vegetables to the hearts and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Add green beans and sour crème. Simmer for another 10 minutes until half of the liquid boils down.
  • Chop the green onion, put in a saucepan and turn off the heat.
  • Mix well and allow to stew under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
