Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add all other ingredients for the crust. Pack it into the springform.
  • Place in a freezer while making the filling.
  • Melt remaining butter with dark chocolate, add eggs, sweetener, cream cheese and vanilla extract.
  • Pour chocolate mixture over chilled crust.
  • Bake all for ~35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Refrigerate cheesecake for at least 4 hours before cutting.
