Take a pan and heat it over medium heat to fry the bacon. Keep frying until it becomes crispy. After cooked, put them on a plate and leave them aside. Don’t drain the fat, instead leave it in the pan.
Heating the pan again over medium heat, pour the eggs into the residual bacon fat for frying. In order to avoid any grease splatters, it is better if you crack some eggs in a separate measuring cup and then let them gently into the pan.
Depending on the way you like your eggs, you can cook them any way either sunny side up or over easy. For the former, fry the eggs on just one side and cook the top by covering the pan with a lid. For the latter, cook both sides by flipping over and giving the cook another minute.
