Instructions

  • Using a small mixing bowl, add in the chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey then mix to combine.
  • Place the mixture into the refrigerator and let stand overnight.
  • By the next day, your coconut chai pudding should have a thick texture with the chia seeds looking gelled.
  • Add fresh fruit and nuts on top then serve.
