Instructions

  • Season duck legs with salt and pepper.
  • Place them into the instant pot skin side down.
  • Pour over avocado oil.
  • Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes, let cool completely.
  • Re-heat legs under the broiler for 10 minutes skin side up, until crispy.
  • Legs can be stored in rendered fat up to 3 weeks and re-heated under the broiler when needed.
