Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients. The mixture should be thick enough to hold its shape when formed in small balls. Add more almond flour if needed.
  • Heat up ghee in a frying pan on over medium heat.
  • Fry puffs for 4 minutes on each side. Serve with some berries or sour cream.
