Instructions

  • Place a large non-stick skillet over medium to high heat then add in the olive oil.
  • Once the hot, add in the chicken and cook for about three to five minutes on both sides until it becomes brown in color although.
  • Once the chicken is cooked and no longer pink, place in a clean plate and keep aside.
  • Place the skillet over medium to high heat then add in other ingredients like the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese the whisk/cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Next, add in the spinach and sun dried tomatoes then simmer until the spinach begins to wilt.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the pan then stir.
  • Serve alone or over pasta.
