Instructions

  • Season chicken with the spice mix. Pre-heat oven to 430F, place chicken on a backing grid.
  • Bake until crispy (~20 minutes). Meanwhile, chop vegetables.
  • Heat ghee in a frying pan.
  • Stir fry vegetables on high until desired readiness, add spices of choice.
  • Serve immediately with chicken sprinkled with parsley.
