Instructions

  • Combine ground turkey, onions, parsley, cheddar in a mixing bowl.
  • Add psyllium and mix well. Add egg yolks and salt.
  • Add cumin, paprika, chili flakes and mix unit smooth.
  • In a large skillet at medium heat pour a good amount of frying oil.
  • Once the oil is hot enough spoon fritters from turkey mixture to the skillet.
  • Fry fritters from both sides until golden brown and firm, adjust heat as needed.
  • Meanwhile mix yogurt with dill, garlic powder, a pinch of salt and lemon juice.
  • Serve ready fritters with spiced yogurt.
