Instructions

  • Boil zucchini in salted water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain water, add coconut oil, nutritional yeast, salt and gelatin powder.
  • Pulse in a food processor until smooth.
  • Pour into a silicone mold, refrigerate overnight.
  • Slice in a small pleases and enjoy.
