DELICIOUS CHEESE MEATBALLS
1/3 cup of mayonnaise (Pimiento cheese)
1/4 cup of pimientos or pickled jalapeños (Pimiento cheese)
1 teaspoon of paprika powder or chili powder (Pimiento cheese)
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (Pimiento cheese)
A pinch of cayenne pepper for taste (Pimiento cheese)
4 oz. of grated cheddar cheese (Pimiento cheese)
25 oz. of ground beef (Meatballs)
1 egg (Meatballs)
Salt and pepper as seasonings for taste (Meatballs)
2 tablespoons of butter, for frying (Meatballs)
Place all the ingredients for the pimiento cheese in a large mixing bowl then mix properly to combine. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
Next, add in the ground beef, salt, pepper, and the egg then combine with a wooden spoon or with clean hands.
Make balls out of the mixture, place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, and add in the butter and let melt.
Once the butter is hot and fully melted, add in the meatballs and fry until they are fully cooked.
Serve the meatballs with side dishes of choice and enjoy.
