Instructions

  • Use a sharp kitchen knife to chop the cauliflower into florets then add into a food processor or a high-speed blender and pulse until rice size granules are formed. Place a frying pan over medium heat then add in the blended cauliflower.
  • Sauté for about five minutes until it is properly cooked.
  • Once cooked, take out of the heat and set aside.
  • In other to make the fried rice, place the eggs in a bowl, beat properly and add to the frying pan. Make sure you swirl the mixture to create a thin omelet.
  • Next, add in garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant.
  • Add in the beef and cook until it is properly cooked.
  • Once the beef is done cooking, add in the capsicum, half the spring onion and cook for an additional minute.
  • In the meantime, cut the prepared omelet into smaller cubes.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower, soy sauce, and the eggs into the pan and cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined. Don’t forget to stir thoroughly.
  • Add the rest of the spring onions, sesame seeds, and pickled ginger as garnish and serve.
