DELICIOUS GRILLED TURKEY BURGER
1 lb of Ground turkey breast
1/2 Cup of Almond flour
1 large whisked Egg
1/4 Cup of Diced yellow onion
1/4 Cup of Fresh chopped parsley
1 minced clove of garlic
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Salt and pepper as seasonings to taste
Using a medium mixing bowl, add in the turkey, almond flour, egg, onions, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper as seasonings to taste then mix to combine.
Make 4r patties out of the mixture then brush them with olive oil.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat then add oil to the grill in other to grease it.
Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 - 6 minutes.
Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are properly cooked.
