2 pounds of eighty-five percent lean grass-fed ground beef
1/2 tablespoon of fine Himalayan salt as a seasoning for taste
1 teaspoon of black pepper as a seasoning for taste
1/4 cup of Nutritional Yeast
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of chopped fresh oregano
4 cloves of garlic
Preheat the oven to 400F then using a large mixing bowl, add in the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and nutritional yeast and mix properly to combine.
Place the eggs, oil, herbs, and garlic in a high-speed blender or a food processor then blend until everything is minced, froth and well mixed.
Add in the egg blend to the beef mixture and mix again to combine.
Add the mixture into a small loaf pan then flatten out. Place the beef into the preheated oven and bake for about fifty to sixty minutes. Once the beef is done cooking, take out of the oven and let sit for about five to ten minutes then slice. Add some fresh lemon as a garnish then serve.
