Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F/177C then place parchment paper on a loaf pan in such a way that it overlaps the sides.
  • Using a large mixing bowl, crake in the eggs and beat for about one minute with the aid of a hand mixer on a high-speed setting.
  • Next, add in the melted ghee and beat again until the mixture incorporates.
  • Decrease the speed of the hand mixer to low and gently add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until the batter becomes thick.
  • Place the batter into the lined loaf pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes until the bread becomes light golden on top.
  • Once the bread is baked, place on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes then slice.
