DELICIOUS PAN-FRIED CHICKEN PATTIES
4 Cups of Cooked and chopped chicken thighs
1/2 Cup of Ground flaxseed
1/4 Cup of Diced yellow onion
2 Tbsp of Nutritional yeast
4 whisked large eggs
1/2 tsp of Chili powder
3 Tbsp of Divided coconut oil
Salt and pepper as seasonings to taste
Place the chicken in a food processor or a high-speed blender then pulse until the mixture becomes finely shredded.
Next, add in the chili powder, salt, and pepper then mix everything to combine.
Equally divide the mixture 8 parts then form patties with each part.
Place a large non-stick skillet over medium heat then add in half of the oil.
Once the oil is hot, add in 4 of the prepared patties and cook for a few minutes until they become brown at the bottom.
Flip over and cook the patties for another few minutes until they are cooked properly and set on clean serving plates.
Do the same for the rest of the patties using the remaining oil then serve alongside with the keto bread or lettuce wraps as desired.
