DELICIOUS PULLED CHICKEN WRAPS
3 homemade Keto Tortillas
1 Cup of shredded red cabbage (slaw)
1 Cup of shredded white cabbage (slaw)
1 Cup of shredded kale (slaw)
1 Tbsp of chopped chives (slaw)
3 Tbsp of chopped coriander (slaw)
2 Tbsp of chopped parsley (slaw)
2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (slaw)
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp of fresh lime or lemon juice (slaw)
Salt and pepper as seasonings to taste (slaw)
5 oz of roasted and shredded chicken (filling)
1 large and sliced avocado (filling)
Properly shred the roasted chicken into smaller pieces using 2 forks.
Using a large mixing bowl, add in ingredients like the cabbage, kale, herbs, olive oil, lime, salt, and pepper to taste then mix properly to combine.
Place the keto tortilla on a flat kitchen surface or on a clean pate then layer each tortilla with 3 - 4 slices of avocado, slaw and pulled chicken then roll up and serve.
