Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450
Sweat onions with butter until golden, transfer to a mixing bowl and let it cool
Add minced beef, spices, salt and an egg, mix well
Stuff the glove with mixture and transfer it to a greased flat baking sheet
Put in a freezer for 15-20 minutes to set
Once set cut glove every finger long with kitchen scissors
Gently flip the ‘hand’ and remove the glove completely
Roast the ‘hand in the oven for 25 minutes, add cheese and gratin it for another 5 min
Garnish with bell pepper nails, olive bugs and lettuce
