Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese 40 seconds.
  • Add egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and blend with a spatula into a dough ball.
  • Let mixture cool in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Divide dough into 6 equal parts, form a long log with each piece using hands then press ends together to form a bagel.
  • Sprinkle everything seasoning over bagels and gently press into dough. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
