Ingredients:
1.5 Cups of Shredded mozzarella
3 tablespoon of Cream cheese
1 Egg
1 cup of Almond flour
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
Needed:
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese 40 seconds.
Add egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and blend with a spatula into a dough ball.
Let mixture cool in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 6 equal parts, form a long log with each piece using hands then press ends together to form a bagel.
Sprinkle everything seasoning over bagels and gently press into dough. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
