Instructions

  • Heat saute pan, once hot add 1 tsp of oil and bacon, for 3 minutes and turn
  • After 2 minutes, slice tomatoes in half and place face down on pan for another 2 minutes, turn tomatoes around
  • Move the bacon and tomatoes to one side of the pan, add mushrooms to the leftover bacon fat and saute for 5 mins or until they soften
  • Remove the cooked ingredients, from heat, and add the remaining oil and fry the eggs
  • As the whites become cooked, sprinkle over the cheddar and add back bacon, mushrooms and tomato
  • Season and serve
