Instructions

  • Melt cheeses together in the microwave oven for 1-2 minutes, do not overcook.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and the egg
  • Knead the dough with hands or food processor
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Form the ball and wrap with plastic, let rest in a fridge for 20 minutes
  • Roll the dough to a crust using a rolling pin and to sheets of parchment paper
  • Dock the crust with a fork and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  • The ready crust can be topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and various toppings
