Ingredients:
3/4 cup of almond flour
1 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp of cream cheese
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
Needed:
Instructions
Melt cheeses together in the microwave oven for 1-2 minutes, do not overcook.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and the egg
Knead the dough with hands or food processor
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Form the ball and wrap with plastic, let rest in a fridge for 20 minutes
Roll the dough to a crust using a rolling pin and to sheets of parchment paper
Dock the crust with a fork and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
The ready crust can be topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and various toppings
