Instructions

  • Place wild cod in a small food processor.
  • Gently pulse, then add coconut flour, egg, mayo, fresh dill, and parmesan.
  • Pulse again until everything is well mixed.
  • Squeeze juice from half a lemon and add some salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Form into patties (about 6).
  • Cook on medium heat with olive oil, for about 10 minutes, depending on patty size.
  • Serve up as preferred. In the photo here, we served in some low carb burger buns with some lettuce and a side of avocado, green beans and red onions.
