Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF / 190ºC
  • In a bowl, mix together the flaxseed meal, baking powder and salt. Add the water bit by bit, keep stirring and the mixture will come together into a thick, stiff, yet moist dough.
  • Using your hand form a loaf shape.
  • Place the dough into a lightly oiled loaf pan.
  • Gently brush with a little water, sprinkle with sea salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
  • Bake the bread for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool inside the loaf pan for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from loaf pan and cool down for a further 20 minutes (should be cool to the touch).
  • Season and serve.
