Use butter to grease a large mug or a flat-bottomed dish.
Add coconut and almond flour, salt and baking powder into the mug and mix it evenly. Pour the wet ingredients, eggs and cream, into it and fold together until smooth and no lumps are left.
Microwave the mixture in the mug at a high wattage of around 700 for 2 minutes. In order to know whether it’s cooked check the middle. If it’s still wet, give it another 15-30 seconds in the microwave.
After letting it cool, remove the bread from the mug, slice it in half, ready to serve.
