Instructions

  • Hard boil eggs and let them cool in ice water
  • Blanch shrimp in boiling salted water, strain and season with soy sauce and lemon juice
  • Peel eggs and cut in half longwise, take yolks aside and carve Jason mask holes
  • For the stuffing crush yolks with a fork, dice shrimp and mix with mayo and parsley
  • Stuff eggs and plate ‘face’ side up
