Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat, add ghee, add broccoli
  • Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant. Add sardines, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Cook covered with the lid for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy.
