Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in 2 Tbsp of water and let them absorb and thicken for 5-7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile dice mango pulp.
  • Put yogurt in a serving bowl and top it with coconut flakes, fruit and flax seeds.
  • Add presoaked chia seeds and season with zero carb syrup and oil.
