Instructions

  • Fill gloves with water (or food coloring painted water), tighten up and freeze overnight, once the ice sets use warm water to take the gloves off.
  • Blanch shrimps in salted water, drain, season with soy sauce and lemon juice.
  • Dice cucumber, avocado and hard boiled eggs and mix them with mayo and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl, season with salt to taste
  • Spoon the mixture on the lettuce cups and top with shrimps
  • Garnish with shredded beets and scallions, arrange on the ice hands.
