Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a frying pan, add chopped kale, and cook until bright green.
  • Add spices of choice. Remove from pan.
  • On a remaining fat fry whisked eggs until desired readiness.
  • Season well with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with pickled cucumber.
