KETO BLUEBERRY LEMON BREAD
3 Сups of Blanched almond flour
2 Tbsp of Egg white protein powder
1 tsp of Tartar cream
1/2 tsp of Baking soda
1/2 tsp of Sea salt
1 Tbsp of Lemon zest
1/2 tsp of Vanilla stevia
1 Сup of Fresh or frozen blueberries
Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, blend the almond flour, egg white protein powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt for a few minutes.
Next, add in the eggs, lemon zest, and stevia and process until the batter becomes smooth.
Add in the blueberries and stir using clean hands or a spatula.
Grease a loaf pan with oil or cooking spray then add the batter into it. Place the batter in an oven of 350F/177C and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Once the bread is fully baked, take out of the oven, let cool for a few minutes then slice and serve.
