1 teaspoon of black pepper as a seasoning for taste
1 (fifteen oz.) can of no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 (sixteen oz.) container of Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth
Place a large pot over medium heat and add the avocado oil.
Once the oil is hot, add in the chopped celery and cook for about three to four minutes until it becomes soft.
Once cooked, place the celery in a bowl and keep aside.
Using the same large pot, add in the beef alongside the spices and cook for a few minutes until it is well cooked. Decrease the heat to low then add in the tomato sauce and beef bone broth. Cover the pan and simmer for about ten minutes while stirring periodically.
Add the cooked celery to the pot and stir again to integrate. Garnish as desired and serve.
